I'm guessing it'll top out sometime next year, and then it's a three-year wait to get all the insides finished and ready for opening?

They said levels 1-7 this year and topped out in 2024.

ya Onyx is definitely paused, they are looking to pre-lease I'm sure. Going spec today is a very bold move.

Surely proximity to the NSP means they will have tenants? There's a ton of medical offices around the existing hospital that will look to move.

You can find some reasonably priced drones on Marketplace if you don't want to buy one new. Just make sure everything is in working order before you purchase it.
