A couple of photos from San Antonio from today. It was a beautiful day today, hot though, 99F degrees.

From inside the convention center bridge across the Riverwalk. I "love" this thing. It is my favorite feature of the convention center.

From outside.

I will effectively make this camera my bitch until the shutter can shutter no more. And as If finally getting this camera wasn’t enough, I landed my biggest, and possibly most important/defining gig of my career to date.. The pay will be great, but more importantly this job will potentially allow millions of people to see my work.. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity of displaying my work in Dallas’ newest urban community, aka Victory.. The Plaza outside the AAC features multiple oversized moving screens that will broadcast various news, advertisements and sporting events to the crowd below. As I understand it, some of my selected works, as well as future commissioned works featuring Dallas landmarks will be used as a screen saver of sorts.. filler if you will.. So, as you can imagine I’m about pop. Normally, I’d never share such info, as I don’t want to be that guy, or seem cocky.. But this whole thing is such an honor for me; personally, and I really wanted to share the news with you guys, my fellow togs. If you're still with me.. thanks (;

If you're not familiar with the project, this should give you an idea of what I'm talking about.
There are a total of 8 interior screens and one main screen facing downtown (I think)

Coming soon to a thread near you... 400mm of focal fornication..
Congrats! That's awesome. I look forward to seeing some of that fornication you speak of lol.

That might be the best pic I've seen of that building.

Here's the Neptune Pool at the Hearst Castle, taken today.

I'm on a weeklong trip on the California coast. I have my laptop with me (mostly for photo storage), and there's internet access where I'm staying, so I might as well post a few pics as I go along.

Nice bananafish, I haven't seen the butter-people statue in a while (at least that's what I call it.)

Fun with physics.
