Xenex, it looks a little bland and institutional looking, but a great location. People are moving in, there are still units for sale.

Ugh this makes me livid! Here were three perfectly good houses that got torn down. Sure whatever. Then they kicked everyone out of the apartment and were going to tear it town and build something on both sites. Now the apartment building is getting recognized as a heritage structure so at least that's good but now I'm sure the whole project for this site is on hold now. So a perfectly good and livable apartment sits vacant for years and years! grrrr...
