I guess this building turned out okay and it isn't yet completed either.

i am not sure how i feel about it at this stage. maybe it'll be better with greenery on it.

on another note, it is a shame they didn't build something 20+ floors on the library. i always thought the tower going up to stand out more from the base would have been nice.

I'm not sure I understand your comment. That's the Library Square Tower in the picture, and it's 21 storeys - about double the height of the 'it's not the colosseum' library part of the building.

I think 20 more floors on Deloitte?

The Library Square office tower was supposed to be two storeys taller but they chopped it off because of a view cone.

Avison Young's Office Market Report says Spaces have cancelled their prelease commitment. The building is still 68% pre-leased; there's about 108,000 sq. ft. available.
