Developer buys former American Red Cross building, eyes workforce housin
"New York developer Ed Ticheli is planning to redevelop the former American Red Cross building, which has stood vacant for a generation, on Third Avenue North for 192 market rate workforce housing units.
It’s a $28.8 million project that will feature 192 units on four floors with 48 units on each."
TWG Development proposes new multifamily development near Rotary Trail
"Were the project to materialize, it would be a five-story, wood-framed building with 253 surface parking spaces located in the vacated Powell Avenue at the rear of the property to avoid vacant space along the street front, according to public documents."
