New Windcatcher Tower -Yazd, Iran
* I can't read a word of Persian and so I've had to decipher what I could from Google Translate's unintelligible translation. Anyhow, I believe that this is a new windcatcher tower in the city of Yazd, Iran. It has height of 55.5m, making it the tallest on earth. The year of construction is unknown. If anyone can understand Persian and is able to provide further information regarding this structure, it would be much appreciated.
