Thanks for the photos. There surely is a lot going on with this one but I do still like it. I hope we will see more height on Yaletown.

Pics by me today.

There was a plywood panel on one of the windows for a few days.
I had thought that it must have been broken, as there was a pane there before,
but it was reinstalled this afternoon.

Maybe I’m missing something but I don’t understand the patio sun screens. Why are they just on the lower floors and why are they on the balconies facing directly to the neighbouring building? Plus it looks ridiculous

Weird.
I figured they'd be all the way up the tower on the west (sunny) side.
They probably just haven't installed them on the higher floors yet (?)

Maybe they are noise barriers for the dog park
- or maybe they have charcoal filters to kill the doggy doo smell

I think this project is completed. There are personal items appearing on the balconies and today they were doing a final wash of the exterior.
