That is patently false. It has a disgusting windswept plaza and driveway on the 56th St side, and killed the entire corner of 56th and Park, a previously vibrant urban corner when the Drake was there.

NYGuy's dismissive comments implying streetwalls don't matter miss the mark. This is Manhattan. Build these boring plazas and driveways in Houston, not here.
