So you think it's ok for a developer not to give information out in time so people can make decisions regarding selling a house, giving notice to a landlord, making travel plans, etc, etc. For them to say they didn't know about the delay well before issuing that last amendment is insulting.
As I've said many times, it's not the delay, it's that lack of timely notification.
