Maybe possible if we reach first or second floor by the end of this year?

The floorplate of the hotel is pretty small. Construction should accelerate once we reach ground level

The hotel floorplate includes the new block on the corner with Beatty, and two floors behind the heritage building facade above the ground floor retail / restaurant space. Before they proposed to add more hotel space earlier this year, it was expected that completion would be September 2026. That seems optimistic, as they're only just getting to ground level with parkade construction, and the revised design with greater height hasn't even been rezoned yet - the consultation period only ended last week.

Interesting. Was the pool just for the hotel? If it was for the condo building too that seems like a large-ish change for disclosure statement purposes....

Seems like it was hotel only on top of the podium.

Nice high ceiling for the hotel lobby/restaurant.

A few buyers who thought they had a view of the stadium, might now have a view of the hotel.

Thanks!
Lower ceiling after they get above the heritage building ceiling heights.
See rendering.

How long was that facade bracing up for? It felt like forever, every time I would walk down Robson or drive down Beatty.
