Page 4 is the previous proposal (note the 2023 date on the titleblock). Page 5 on is what's now proposed.

So what I’m seeing is it was increased from 15 to 21 stories. That doesn’t seem to line up with the literal doubling of square footage though noted in the application and an increase from 260 to 460 units. But no complaints here.

Half block to full block would allow for the doubling of units
