It's remarkable how quick black and white has replaced seafoam green as the cheap go-to material shade.

I don't mind the "wrinkled" look to the black panels compared to the ones by Brentwood.

Hope those black towers have air conditioning. Those people are going to get roasted, especially on the south side.

I know the housing crisis is partially to blame, but we're starting to go backwards in terms of residential tower designs.
