I have some that I modeled as closely to what I thought their heights would be, but without an actual number from elevations, I don't keep them "turned on" with the rest of the models. That area of downtown is going to be nuts in a few years, assuming all these actually move forward. 7 towers in all including the Tommie Hotel and Block 16 Tower.

Here is an interesting quote at the end of that article. It makes one wonder what more could be in planning that we aren't aware of.

Tower portion looks a lot like the other Hanover project. Not bad, but the base had me hoping the rest of the tower would be more interesting, maybe repeat that motif w/ the overlapping brown rectangles (screens?).

This design reminds me a bit of the old one for the JW Marriott. I like the color and materials. This is also complementing Hyatt Place next to it nicely. The garage section steps down from the Hyatt, almost making it seem they're the same structure.

Good catch on the step-down brown patching that carries on the HP pattern, Kevin. That helps explain why it feels like it meshes so well in that spot.

Maybe these Hanover towers are a little copy+paste, but they're all handsome point towers and IMO they keep getting better, this one really looks like the materials will be top notch.
