If you really want to laugh, go stand across the street from the Edison. The entire building is crooked. It looks absolutely awful. I can't believe people are buying in there. It's embarrassing how crooked that thing is... from every angle.
Oh yeah, not to mentioned the unfished half that still has temporary fencing. Amazing the city allows that crap.
I live across the street in One Lexington and any unit going on the market is sold in days. The market is on fire. If they can't sell a phase 2, they never will. And they'll be stuck owning in a forever half-finished building.
