Thanks!
That height limit is historic!
Look at those old towers in the background.

Dare I say this looks worse than the Pinnacle and Concord projects up by Capstan Station?

Don't think it's better or worse than Pinnacle.. the Concord facade looks a bit higher end than those two.

Are these below market or low income housing? They look hella cheap. And yes I’m too lazy to find out myself.

They're affordable condos, (provided you can afford $1.28m).

Neighbourhood ONE Starting Price:

2 Bed + Den (C15, White): $1.28M
3 Bed (EE2, Grey): $1.35M
4 Bed (F1, Grey): $1.6M
3 Bed (SHE4, White): $1.59M

Every developer seems to be following the matte black trend these days. I see these types of towers popping up at Brentwood and Metrotown.

Pic from an e-mail today.

Looks like it was taken about a month after the May pic above.
at the tower in the rear looks to be 5 storeys taller (as well as the ones further back).

Thanks!

Nothing more homey than living in "Tower E" or "Tower F"!
They could choose names alphabetically? Maybe based on flowers, trees, animals or fish?

Pretty much the norm for building complexes with multiple towers, both in Vancouver and other cities.

Amazing Brentwood Tower 1, Amazing Brentwood Tower 2...
Concord Brentwood Tower A, Corncord Brentwood Tower B, C... etc.

Having phonetic names is nice for singular towers like "Vancouver House" or "The Butterfly". The numbering either by letters or numbers for larger complexes helps navigation for those visiting as well I'd presume.

If not actual names then I’d rather just the civic address as the name

Also, I was there last week and the internal street looks close to opening up

I don't think I've ever seen a lighted sign with the designation like that.

Do the Amazing Brentwood towers have signs saying Tower 1, or do they just display the street address?

Two of the new streets on the south side are named after that Richmond RCMP officer who was killed

Cst. Jimmy Ng Road

Cst. Jimmy Ng Place

Amazing Brentwood Tower 1 says "Brentwood One Rental - 1820 Willingdon Avenue"
