This is in no relation to largest or biggest. toggie just asked for pics so im providing some pics and info of the nicer(not neccesarily big) shopping centers in Dallas.
even though Galleria is the biggest one in DFW, i and many others in the metroplex aren't usually too fond of it. the more popular malls here are Northpark, Stonebriar, Grapevine Mills, Town East, and a few others. Galleria does have one nice feature though. it has the tallest indoor christmas tree in North America standing 85 feet tall in the middle of the ice skating rink. And on certain events, fireworks will fly and spark from the massive tree.
Stonebriar Centre is more than just a massive mall. it also includes a mini-arena(i think where the stars practice) and ballpark, residences, office buildings, etc. It's a nice little place. It tops on my list, then comes the great grapevine which provides a nice stroll (1.5 miles) if you walk around once. both have incredible and popular AMC theatres too. Stonebriar's whole third floor is the AMC 24. both also have indoor ice skating rinks. Grapevine expanded not too long ago to add a skatepark.
