^They are a good floor or more deep excavating near Wyse Road. Unfortunately no good angles right now to get a photo.

It looks like this development is proceeding at a snails pace recently or has come to a halt....anyone know why it is moving so slowly?

I checked the building permits and there is no clear answer on what the current plan is for this project so for now I'm going with 11 FLOORS - 117 UNITS. There hasn't been any visible work on the outside for the last couple of months.

No idea what's happening here. I did see at least one worker in orange vest on the roof today as I drove past. Thought I saw the crane working last week too.
But clearly this has slowed to a walking pace.

Where are the Moes?!

It would seem like a 'cladding constraint' rears its head on most of the buildings after the concrete work is done.

I suspect cladding moes are in high demand.
