So it looks like they listened to our requests. They close an hour later Monday to Thursday, and Saturday. Still not the best hours but better than nothing. I'm sure if traffic warrants it, they will change to stay open saturday until 9 as well.

Whoo, the system works! Still don't see why Saturday isn't 9 as well, but this is progress.

I've spoken to the district manager as well as head office staff and I'm told they are likely to further extend the hours including saturdays until 9. Initial performance indicators have been good.

At first, staff was told to stay open until 8 as a pilot but hours were not changed on the sign or the website. It seemed so set-up-to-fail. The district manager assured me it was just a mixup and it was fixed in short order.
