Nice that SSP'ers who posted pictures of this project got a kudos' on their Facebook page.

I tried to find a price point of the suites but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know the price point?

I've got the entire price list given at the Pre Sale VIP event. Any one in particular you want? The list is quite long. Also a parking spot is going for $27,500 on top of those list prices.

Let me know and I'll post a picture or some prices if anyone is interested.

Is there two projects just starting in the Bottom left (hoarding is up) and right (hole looks like it might be started) corners of the above photo.

I think they are doing renovations on the building on the corner lot. Was the London Tap House when I lived there.

The hole in the ground has been there for a couple of years but that lot is part of the Royal Connaught project.
