The highlighted part of the building is now demolished, leaving only the part facing Richards street. The part standing is about 1/4 of the original building.

They haven't constructed anything yet. They don't even have a development permit yet, so it may be a while..?

Will we see another community/property tax reduction garden in the meantime??
