The lower podium has something else going on for it.....I wonder what those holes are for. (Likely just cheap cladding, but still)

Today...it's nearly done....the hoarding is mostly down, but fencing remains on Yonge, and the balconies are still not fully up;

Agree and looks nothing like the rendering. I don't know why developers bother making renderings. They might as well just post drawings of a pineapple. At least then people would know that they'e being lied to.

The podium would be tolerable if the grey spandrel and grey mullions was swapped with glossy white spandrel and chrome mullions.
