It seems to me like this is taking quite a while to move forward based on the progress photos I've been seeing.

You might be right, I really have no idea. Keep in mind though, that a lot of those shots are only a week apart. I just live so close that it's easy to keep updating, even when not much has happened.

To put this into perspective...a 6000+ tower floor plate should be turned around in some around 7 to 10 days...now a smaller scale building will take longer, site constraints, size etc play into it... but it strikes me as a floor is taking a helluva lot more than it should, especially considering the dynamics of the structure of that building are about as simplistic as it can get.

I officially maintain this is the slowest construction project in the City of Vancouver right now. Its May 17th and they are just starting on the next level there are photos that Sir Congo posted April 23 that has the walls forms up on the same level. I cannot imagine why this is taking so long. A small job like this should be flying up.
