I don't know what Concorde is. Do you mean Concord Pacific? and if so what about them? They have their presentation centres on vacant land they own, most developers don't have the priviledge of having a piece of land sit vacant for decades that they can use.

I noticed that they removed all the plants from the west side of the tunnel portal (along Cambie) to create a new temporary sidewalk.

Latest New Condo Guide says that 400 of 443 units are now sold. That would mean 90,3% sold.

Coupland's Golden Tree will be centrepiece of the development MC2, the name for the project by Intracorp. The architect is James K.M. Cheng; interiors will be by Trepp Design Inc.

MC2 will have 443 market condominium, 110 rental units and 836 square metres (9,000 sq ft) of commercial space.

In addition to Coupland's sculpture, the public art component of MC2 will include two local artists in residence studios that will be given to the city of Vancouver.

There will be commercial retail space at grade and residential units above. Consultants include Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical), Integral Group (mechanical), Glotman Simpson Consulting Engineers (structural), Bunt & Associates Engineering Ltd. (traffic) and LMDG Building Code Consultants Ltd.
