The Beasley excavation has begun. Lots of big equipment on site digging and scraping and piling.

The excavation is well along now. Sorry I can't provide a pic. It won't be long before the little old Homer Apt. block will be perched on the edge of an L shaped pit.

These guys still haven't finalized their financing, they are close, but not there yet. That's why it took so long for the "sold out" project to break ground.

yea they are really moving fast on the excavation. its hard to tell from the pics but the whole is fairly deep

The pit is getting a little deep but I was mostly just interested in the heritage building and its newly exposed foundation:
