Yeah it looks a whole lot slimmer in renderings, but lets just wait till its glazed, that might slim it all out

I really like the rounded corner on the Burrard & Nelson side. Can't wait to see some glazing here. It's getting tall fast it seems.

I'm a little confused though, this is from the first post:

i was down on spanish banks over the weekend and you can see it starting to rise out of the other buildings and same for down in False creek flats.

It's the front brick facade and little less than 2m of building behind that facade. Frankly, I'm not sure it was worth the added time and construction costs to work around a brick wall and miniscule sliver of a building.

I had my doubts about this building... but I think it'll actually be quite something and have some incredible West End, Spanish Banks, & English Bay views.
