I'm hoping to this winter, this last winter just wasn't a good time in my life whatsoever. Was suffering through some stuff that took my motivation for anything and everything away completely, but that seems to be clearing up, so I'm looking to get out in all seasons this year.

Was in Jasper this weekend for the Dark Sky Festival. 10C during the day then down to 0 in the evening made for great sky viewing. One point Marmot Basin opens next month they currently have 50cm on the ground.

Would have liked to have gone there just to see George Takei, but my weekend was already spoken for. Hope he comes to the Edmonton Expo sometime soon.
