Nonsense. All public art is subject to vandalism and short of not having it, or building 10 foot walls around it, you can’t protect it if someone wants to vandalize it. If you can provide evidence of some special study done about susceptibility to vandalism of this particular piece of art compared to other cases I’d love to see it. Anyway, in the interests of staying positive, I like it and I predict a lot of people will be getting photos of themselves tipping the car over.
