I guess they renamed "Observatory"?
The rendering is not 37 floors, at best it only shows 27 floors.
byw isn't the 4th tower named "Discovery"? Anyway any name is still better than "Waterfall"

I suggested they renamed "Observatory" (which is on Alpha Ave.) to "Alpha".
Observatory is marked as 24 storeys, which corresponds with the rendering (and so do the streetfront townhouses)

By City of Rain taken April 21st.

The construction is directly east of Milano, and will presumably abut Milano's blank eastern wall.

It will be nice to see this lower area fill in to give some company to Milano.

My Pic from Nov 17, 2018

Waterfall tower 39 floors (according to scheme) has grown above podium to 3 levels high and its growing pretty fast, looks like a add a floor per week. Its located tight beside Milano closer to Alpha Ave.

ha, not bad, my only issue is with lack of sidewalks in the area, I can't wait for the surrounding towers to come up and the region getting a bit more developed.
