Woah that's great to hear. Does that mean Sears would move out or would they just add street facing retail to open up the ground floor?

There's so much potential for this site to re-integrate with Granville and Robson.

I think what works for the Daimaru is the combination of lighting and texture on the main part of the building. The neo-classical columns at the bottom seem less necessary.
