Underground parking level for 10s moving along well. The office building concrete core for elevators and stairs is nearly done and structural steel is up to second floor now.

Structural steel skeleton should be installed by end of July if they keep this pace.

Steel not done yet but this week they installed the concrete pre-cast floor slabs up to the 3 floor on the office building. They are also above ground now on part of the apartment building.

^^^ some of that has already began on the backside facing away from Oxford. If people want some updated pictures I can walk over there this weekend.

The new apartments are starting floor # 2 as of last night, I am quite excited to see how that turns out with the curved corner of the building. That is the 10 story building which they say wont be finished until April 2020 which does not make much sense.

Good progress on the 4s office building 1st floor exterior walls. Even internal walls being installed around the elevator entrances on the 2nd floor.

5th fl posts and wall now started on the residential tower. The office building almost all enclosed now. Exterior coverings and windows will likely be starting soon.

I do believe when I drove by the other day that I saw the west crane has been taken down. The one on the right side of the picture above, that appears to have been working the parking garage

Yes only 1 crane now, the parking area one was taken down.

They are up to the 5th level now on the apartment building so we should start to see the setbacks. Seems odd they are saying this wont be finished until 2020, the pace has been quite fast so far and while interior work will take a lot of time I find it hard to imagine another year or more to finish
