Unlike most Chicago skyline pictures which just show downtown, this one actually shows the long line (skyline) of buildings along the lake.

Damn that Montreal shot is bangin! Best shot and angle I can remember seeing of it, I actually didn't know what city that was at first. Very impressive and they are undergoing a condo boom right now so it should get even better.

Loving the lowrise chunkiness of STL I might have to try that out as a pickup line "hey sugar, I dig your lowrise chunkiness"

I'll go with this fairly quintessential shot of Calgary - population 1.2 million. No Calgary Tower, but a bit of the Calatrava bridge popping out. I had a hard time deciding between this an another recent one from the south with a crazy lightning strike. Nudge, nudge to my fellow Calgary forumers.

Philly has a great skyline. It was extremely impressive seeing it for the first time driving in from the North - particularly now with Comcast, which is a very attractive building and has a commanding presence.

Where did you drive in? Along I-95 or I-76?

Credit for that Chicago photo, Kngkyle?

It was taken by my friend Payton Chung.

Great Honolulu pic. This doesn't even include downtown, which is to the right of the photographer and a few miles away. Honolulu's overall skyline is really massive.

How about this one, Dave? I think it does a pretty good job of saying "Miami."

I agree. I really hope we start seeing some high-rise residential, office, and/or mixed-use towers built on downtown's west (Target Field area) and east (Metrodome / new Vikings stadium) ends.

Any idea as to the Magellan tower slated for the Loring Park area of downtown?
