What drawings? They haven't been added to the site plan yet.

NVM: I see it was from the TOWERS article. The elevation shows it around 308' while the verbiage says 346' (rounded).

I would take that elevation image with a grain of salt. The numbers are off on height AMSL. However, it does read 345'6" from 14th Street to the roof (and there is at least 4-5 more feet of parapet).

Another error in the elevation is that it goes from "Level 31" at 855'6" AMSL to "roof" at 839'6". It should have read 872'6" at the "roof" if you go by the floor-by-floor increases. That would give you a roughly 337' tower. I'm wondering if the 536' AMSL number on 14th Street is incorrect too.

Anyway, I don't have the time to calculate the height from 14th Street floor-by-floor to even see if the other numbers are correct...

The elevation is also from a development study at the time so the actual figure will likely differ.

That's only a stacking plan, not a more detailed elevation. We would have more info from a set of elevations.

Elevations from the AW redlines file. 32 floors but height has to be estimated a little: 397'2" + some mechanical space on top. If you zoom in on the elevations it looks like a brick facade all the way up. This should stand out quite a bit!

The difference between the roof and the highest point is roughly the heigh of a normal residential floor (or ~12'). I believe this will be close to 410' if this design holds.

400ish feet at this location is great! Its gonna really stand out and the non-glass box or Hanover condo design is promising!

I did the sheet of paper up against the computer screen marking it with lines trick, and yeah, the height between the top of the mechanical penthouse and the 32nd floor slab seems to be around 12 feet, though, I think it's probably 13 feet and maybe close to 14. It's less than 16 feet, but a wee bit more than 12 feet.

Very handsome, great materials. I think that some architectural restraint this close to the Capitol is ideal.

A few more of these and we'll finally connect up the W Campus and DT skylines.

The FAA permits for Pearlstone's other big project not started - 62 East - have a September start. Providing these get permitted on time, I think these have the best change of breaking ground in 2023 out of the many 400'+ proposals in the pipeline.
