That home looks fairly good actually....different tastes I guess. The roof does look cheap though.

Is the lack of windows a new trend or something? Remember that cube house in Vancouver originally listed for $14 mil? Where they were going for a utilities building look?

Prior to reclad, it was a slum but had nice wraparound balconies.

They should have saved their money. That re-clad is awful.

Is it still residential? That reclad would make sense for an office conversion, but removing those huge balconies (often the major saving grace of ugly 1980s apartments) would make no sense for continued use as residential.

I believe it's almost 100% residential. There might be a dépanneur and pizza or shawarma joint on the ground floor but that's it.
