Altezza Drive Resort set to open near Denver this year
and it's already announcing race car celebrities will be there for the launch celebration this Saturday (today).
How long, and how much $$$$ does it take (after purchasing the land, which I'm assuming they already own or have a long term lease for) to lay down some asphalt, do some landscaping, and build something called a clubhouse? Probably can be done relatively inexpensively by my accounts being pretty far out into the barren land over there.
I think this thing is pretty much a go and will be built..... and I for one would love to get out there some time and just tear up some track. I also think that there's a a number of folks like me in the Denver area. Could it be that hard to make this profitable, other than maybe being a bit far out from the population?
