Aside from Waldorf, which will rise, I think Miami will see more super talls rise soon.
Aside from NYC, Miami is leading the pack at a nice 2nd in terms of skyscrapers either rising or soon to rise. Which is historic in itself!!!

Once Miami completes many, if not all of the supertalls by 2030, it appears that Miami will have the second tallest number of skyscrapers only behind New York because of Miami's very small city limits (36 sq. mi. compared to NY's 300.46 sq. mi.), meaning that Miami needs taller buildings for condos, apartments, and hopefully co-operatives if it wants to grow into a much bigger major city.
The same will follow for regional cities like Miami Beach, Hialeah, Miami Gardens, Hollywood, Ft. Lauderdale, and as far as Naples and Ft. Myers. Even cities like Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, and Jacksonville will have skyscrapers. The only way that happens is if the FAA gets rid of the stupid flight patterns that fly over FL downtowns and divert the flight patterns away from downtown, and I'm not sure if the FAA & the FL cities have a plan to do so, which can happen because it's not like aircraft have a fixed path along the sky like highways and railroads do.
