Anastasi is on the move, now that plans have proceeded for the demolition of its current low-slung building to make way for a five-story mixed-use building with underground parking.
FYI the above quote relates to Anastasi moving into the soon to be closed Neuf space on 9th Street. Sounds like demolition may start soon for the original Anastasi location.

And across the street - the former L2 Building has been fully renovated with 4 units and the Starbucks is open for business.
From this morning - 2 days after your post. They're moving.

Wow, that accelerated. There was no steel in place when I went by on Monday.

Fewer and fewer surface parking lots all the time. Really nice to see. There are also 2 projects on the 100 block of Arch right near the 200 block project by PMC that summers posted. Astoban is renovating and adding floors to an existing building, and there is ground-up construction going up right next to it:

http://astoban.com/property/

The developer of the ground up construction is BPGS. I think about a 7 story building, with a delivery date for September 2018.

Was literally thinking that as I was going through the updates last night. It seems like a ton of smaller projects all kicked off in the last month.

That 218 arch project is making very slow progress, they have been digging for many months now with nothing sprouting above grade.

That's because of the graves/human remains that were found on site. There used to be a graveyard here apparently and not all of the bodies were relocated when they moved it. They had the shut the site down for a few weeks for excavation.
