Changed my mind. This would go nicely as a gateway to the river along with LSE. Both really have the same vibe.

Can’t realy complain about the tall tower. Skinny and elegant, the setbacks are done spectacularly. On the other hand the smaller tower looks stumpy as fuck. Doesn’t really work with the spire foundation. I think related did pretty good for what we’re getting height wise.

Also it might just be me, but those renderings look wack. The tall tower looks way taller then 1000 feet.
