Looking due north up Yonge Street: kinda hard to believe this rather skinny super-tall will be 234 feet (71.4 metres) taller than One Bloor East, its 76 storey neighbour on the right. The One is about half the height of One Bloor East so far.

More cladding revealed as the Railing Climbing System inches up, revealing the same matching curtainwall on the shorter residential floors that was render-promised ;-).

Completely agree. I was never that impressed with the renders, but now that it's under construction the design, proportions, materials are making this an icon in my opinion. Always hard to get the actual building to turn out better than the model, but I think this one will. Big fan, and really appreciate all the updates Maldive!
