The lot is pretty chopped up - I can't see anyone parking there.

Maybe they are onto a new thing? High profit, low maintenance elite parking in Center City for Rovers and other SUVs only! LOL

Speculating on this project (especially this project) is useless. I don't really see why there would be continued posts until and unless construction begins.
