This may be the first-ever project where a downsizing turned out to be beneficial, in my opinion. One of the things that I like the most about this project is how European it looks. Excluding FMC Tower, 2400 Chestnut, and the Chestnut and Walnut Street Bridges, the Schuylkill has a very European look to it. From the Market Street Bridge, to how the Logan Square/Art Museum neighborhoods look from the Walnut Street Bridge, to the vibrancy along the right bank, the Schuylkill reminds me of when I took a boat ride along the Seine in Paris 2 years ago!
