I've been on the upper floors of One Bloor and that felt very tall. Get nervous thinking about being any higher in the sky.

I love skyscrapers, hate heights lol. At least The One doesn't have balconies like One Bloor. No way would I ever use a balcony 75 floors up.

I didn't realize there would be so much internal bracing. This tower is going to use so much steel.

They're already starting CIBC phase 2? Wow didn't think it'd happen that soon.

I hope they request and get an increased height for phase 2 of the CIBC buildings.

Otherwise, they will be hidden behind the swathe of larger towers planned along the waterfront. They're actually nice buildings, and it'd be a shame to have them not stand out when so many other tall buildings in the area, built and upcoming, are rather drab.

Just in response to some of the comments above, this article about supertalls looks interesting if not seen yet.

Yes, it's too fabulous to be an actual representation of what is planned. A 10 floor/30m high Victorian inspired fountain would be nice though. As would those circular fountains.

I'd be happy with any big aesthetically pleasing working fountain.

The biggest dissapointment was the Four Seasons fountain with no water!

I think It's pretty obvious the rendered "stand in" is a sculpture like the Four Season. A 30 foot tall working fountain may be dumber than a sculpture of one. Consider the spray off of the one in Berczy Park. The Four Seasons would soak guests. This one would drown em!
