Peanuts for the superrich as compare to 3.8 Million for penthouse of Shangrala.
and 20 million of Trump tower penthouse.
But then the superrich may not consider Brentwood a prestigious address.

I tried finding online without success, does anyone know if the Brentwood redevelopment will also have retail units fronting Lougheed and/or Willingdon? I know they are developing the internal village feel but the drive by experience and appearance would be better if there is at least a view into retail spaces or window displays rather than solid walls or spandrel glass.

A massive redevelopment has been proposed for the current site of Brentwood Town Centre. Since Shape Properties purchased the mall in 2011, they have been developing a master plan for the site and are now seeking approval from Burnaby City Hall. They are looking to start construction as early as late 2013, with the first phase projected to be completed by 2016. The current mall is not in the short term plans, but it is intended to be redeveloped eventually.

It's pretty much the same as in that render
- click on "Leasing Brochure" in the upper left corner, here (noted as "Level 143'"):

http://www.shapeproperties.com/our-places/amazing-brentwood

I think "F&B Tenant" means "Food & Beverage Tenant"

Probably too early for the subsequent phases, but you might check the early consultation materials
- may still be shown at the Brentwood Station blog

There may be more of a blank wall along Willingdon if the large "Commercial Anchor" shown @ Level 143' and Level 123'
(with high ceilings) doesn't dig into the hill enough to allow the level above (Level 168') to be at grade.
Edit: The floorplan of Level 168' suggests no streetfront presence at that level (there's a service corridor at the north part of that area)
There may just be large windows looking down into the anchor tenant space (i.e. Target? suggested by the red wall and sign in that last render posted)

Note also - the curving "Upper CRU" on Level 205' is not labelled as a movie theatre - but it is shown as one "anchor tenant".

^ That's impressive - out of the 10 tallest buildings in the metro, 8 are either under construction, about to start construction or likely-to-proceed proposals.
Edit: Or have the heights of station square towers 3 and 4 been scaled back to take them out of the top 10? Still impressive. And off-topic...

I think they'll be shorter, but I still haven't been ever given a definitive list of heights for those towers.

Really glad that I bought in the first tower, the same 1-bedroom unit that I bought is $31,250 more expensive on the same floor level in tower 2.

I'd imagine that the price difference is due to the proximity to the skytrain line and the perceived noise issues associated with it.

Then again, my unit will be facing East, but the unit with the same floor plan will be facing North in the second tower. Maybe thats why..

North is where the mountains are, so yes.
