All told, that effort consists of 10 separate projects spanning 27 buildings across the Over-the-Rhine. Collectively, the plans would rehab 303 low-income apartments while adding 212 market-rate apartments and more than 128,000 square feet of commercial space.

The parking lot out front looks horrible. It instantly negates any effort they made to make these look like individual townhouses, instead it just looks like any old subruban apartment development.

Yay suburbs!

Corporex buys nearly 3 acres for massive riverfront development

Corporex Cos. LLC closed on its purchase of nearly 3 acres of land next to the real estate development company’s long-planned Ovation development in Newport.

An affiliate of Corporex, C.P.X. Newport Commercial Development LLC, purchased the 2.75-acre parking lot at the northwest corner of Fourth and Columbia streets from the city of Newport for $2 million. The city had purchased the property from Newport on the Levee for the same amount earlier this year.

$36 million condo building approved for downtown Cincinnati

The Historic Conservation Board unanimously approved a certificate of appropriateness for a 13-story mixed-use condo building with first-floor commercial space, internal parking spaces on the first through third floors and 30 condos on floors four through 13. Developers Terrex Development & Construction LLC and Greiwe Development Group plan to build the condo tower at the southwest corner of Eighth and Main streets. The estimated total cost for the project is $36 million.

Kroger eyes site for new Downtown store
Quote:
Kroger is working toward opening a new Downtown grocery store near its corporate headquarters, The Enquirer has learned.

The store likely would be at the southeast corner of Central Parkway and Walnut Street along the streetcar line and next door to the Hamilton County Administration Building. Kroger isn't working on the project alone and has tapped a development team to potentially build a new parking garage and apartments at the site as well, multiple sources told The Enquirer.
