Also I don't think the perimeter piling is complete? From the timelapses they only did a partial section near the pumphouse
The piling rig has returned to 1050 Expo.

Council will be voting today on the $30m City grant to More Than A Roof for them to build the 212 unit social housing project at 1395 Rolston, on the Granville Loops. (There's also funding from BC Housing). 52% of the units will be for families.

Site work restarted but I assume they won't get much work done with all the road closures/traffic until World Cup ends.

Great news! I've noticed for the past month or so when driving by that they were back it. Weekly I would check for this live stream to start up again and that day has come

I wonder if they'll finish the piling on that one section they didn't complete. It looks like some mobile drilling rig is working the bottom right corner.

Wasn't it completed? The piling rig returned there over 2 months ago. I wouldn't think they can excavate the three underground floors if the needed piling isn't all in place (unless they're just removing small amount of contaminated material)

Yes, the piling rig was back a couple of month ago, that's what I was seeing on my commute...

They must have finished it after the webcam went offline around March.

I noticed when driving by yesterday that they are making good progress on the excavation.

They're running some horizontal anchors into the wall near the pump station now.
