Agreed...... For this project to break gorund in October it will likely cause Nassi's contruction costs to go up even more. Why would they wait until wet weather returns to start construction on Aura???
I seriously doubt that they 're waiting until the U.S. Bank building is done pouring concrete...... They can pour concrete from L street, 7th or CM.
With the towers, the proof is in the pudding. They're going up without a doubt. Having Cal Pers investing $100 million nearly guarantees that they will see their investment through to completion)...
But Aura??? I think there's more to the lack of constrcution than they're admitting to....
