Wow. The pink house is the posterchild for HOAs. Unbelievable
The garage house is a great one too. It was unfortunately posted after the pink house.
The other stuff is unnecessary and the reason this thread was restarted but, you did find the pink house and post it.

The road and sidewalks are also in shit condition there, I think the city neglects it on purpose because of the bikers. they're all nice guys and great neighbours to have. Nobody ever breaks into homes in that area.

That’s one block from my wife’s doctor. God I hate that intersection. I don’t like Roncy in general.

She only goes there because he was or is the entire family of six’s doctor.

Such a PITA to get to and an unpleasant experience in that neighbourhood and the property itself.

Don't be mean! I would still qualify this as slightly better than Baydo because Baydo towers could use the frills of this overstuffed monstrosity.

On the Kroeger Scale of 1-5 what would you rank the bunker garage house?

Was in Keswick yesterday. If you’re familiar then you know it’s not exactly a beacon of class. This is the place where you would see multiple confederate flags and hear of incidents of nip tipping where people pushed Chinese anglers into the water. In the mid 2000s this happened to a group of Asian and white friends and a confrontation ensued where a F-150 rammed a Civic and caused grievous injury to a couple of passengers.

In the hour I was there by the water, I saw three pickups peel out from a stop sign. Though the road was wet. However, the speed limit is 30. Coincidentally, I just witnessed another pickup peel out downtown between the arena and the dome about 15 minutes ago.

I guess the driver of this red one in Keswick is self aware.

And spotted this building under construction in the rural part of King Township. Orbs are often tacky but I’m holding out judgment on this one. The structure looks pretty boring and this orb adds some flavour to it. But what is this? It’s not a house. I was thinking banquet facility, but given its rural location, I’m unsure.

I'd say it is a 4.5 on the Kroeger Scale. Up there with "The Rooms", Missingsausage City Hall, Princess Towers, the Venetian in Edmonton, several scores of mansard-hell houses, and a few others. And Laval's flag/logo.

Theoretically the maximum on the Kroeger Scale is 5. That level has only been achieved by Clockzilla, Mecclocky, and of course, by Chad and his awful band.

I'm just waiting for my Costco hotdog.

Keswick sounds like Ontario's answer to Abbotsford, BC.

Sadly, these things occur far too often in Canada.

Just another average day in London:

Nope. In fact it reminds me of Southern Ontario in the 90's.
It's fine. Plant a ton of trees and give it 15 years and it's a lot nicer than it looks in terms of McMansions.

They don't plant trees. They never plant trees. One of the things I hate about these bustling mansions popping up on the ALR is even 20 years later they lack any foliage to even out how massive they are on the horizon.

Let's play the game every British Columbian likes to play:
BANQUET HALL OR MANSION!
