Now I know that some of you boosters are going to say that we should be supporting development. But screw that, I say giant corporations should pay the market price.
Just to follow up on this—where do you find that $10,000/acre for FCL is only half of market value? I believe you, but where can I find this? The CJME link here says the purchase is at market value: https://www.cjme.com/2021/11/05/regi...-diesel-plant/

Regina / 980 CJME
Prairie Lithium’s pilot processing facility is in a small, unassuming building in Emerald Park 10 minutes east of Regina — but if its work pans out, it could have large potential for Saskatchewan, this could turn out to be huge

Personal knowledge of previous sales in the market. So feel free to believe me or not.

The city will tell you they got an appraisal. Appraisals are quite simply one opinion that will be pushed and pulled to get to a desired conclusion.

About time for a new building in the research park. How long has it been since the last build?

I believe there are significant vacancies, so it seems unlikely any time soon.

I think one would be built if it's actually needed, not based on some arbitrary time period.

Maybe they should rename it the Research Transportation Hub and pitch it to money launderers.

Holiday season kicks off in Downtown Regina

By Tanner Wallace-Scribner
Nov 19, 2021 | 7:15 AM
Regina Downtown decided to kick off the holiday season last night with their annual tree lighting.

This is nice to see instead of The constant Karen and Ken’s Pickering back-and-forth maybe they should’ve went down to this event and had some Christmas spirit cheers

But how does it reduce methane release? Are they planning to capture the methane?
