The Frost Bank building looks cool in that two color scheme from the light reflections.

Lighting

Anyone know what the night time exterior lighting scheme will be? Especially at roof level?

At the moment they have not turned on any exterior lighting at night.

Here's what it looks like right now. You can see the ceiling fans spinning on the top floors. The construction supply pile at Little Patch Garden (anybody remember that?) is clearing out. The traffic barricades are starting to be removed and the ground floor looks ready. Now it just needs some tenants...

Of course, your count is not official. Given the updates and all. Got an excellent tour of the building back in August! My tour person said that a lot of the interest was coming from both locals and out of town/country.
