Actually looking at the fixtures at the top maybe it's just a regular top hanging curtain wall. They seem to be too narrow if they were just rotated in place to completely close?

Huh. Didn't realise it until now with so much of the cladding now on, but this really reminds me of the pixellated orca whale sculpture down by the Convention Centre.

Not really a fan of this building anymore. The checkerboard cladding from afar just looks like every other condo tower with clear glass when half the curtains are drawn. Looks kind of a mess.

The green glass seems to be a bit of a disconnect, unless it's intended to blend with the 1500 West Georgia office tower to the north?

That's a disappointment. I didn't even know the pool was enclosed as the renders make it look like we'd be able to see the soffit inside:



They should've at least recessed the glass behind the columns, and given the per square foot prices here, I would've expected any glass to look more like this:
