From what vantage point do you guys think this building will make the biggest visual impact?

It seems like all 3 of the Cira towers, when complete, will align along 30th Street--which isn't ideal for having the biggest visual impact and depth. Unfortunately, b/c of the curvature of the river, the new CHOP complex (rumored to also be 3 towers) will fall approx. on 30th street too. It will be interesting to see how the CHOP towers are situated along the river--potentially we could have a row of 6 buildings perfectly in lined with each other...

All steel trusses will be covered in concrete but visible as one walks through the building.

This skin looks great.....I think this is going to be very cool-looking looming up like a silver shard from the expressway.

Agreed. The renderings really don't do justice to the skin (although they kind of hint at it). Definitely different and unique for Philly, and hopefully an inspiration to other architects and developers to try more variety. And not just in the neighborhoods around the universities!
